If you buy as a private customer you have 14 calendar days from confirmed delivery to withdraw from an online purchase, with no reason required and no return cost. We check the actual delivery date automatically when the request is registered; change-of-mind, sizing or fit returns are not accepted after that period.Separately from withdrawal, the statutory guarantee protects you against any lack of conformity — damage, a wrong item or a fault already present at delivery — and it cannot be reduced by contract. The term follows the country of delivery: three years in Spain and Portugal, two years in France, Germany, Italy, Greece and Poland, and in the Netherlands the lifespan you may reasonably expect from the product. The customer prepares the parcel and drops it at a Correos office; no home collection is requested.
