Professional returns
  • The optical practice may return products up to a purchase value equal to 20% of the original order.
  • For 24 months from the invoice date, accepted products are valued at 100% of their purchase price; after 24 months, at 50%.
  • Credit is never paid by transfer or cash refund. It is applied only to a new order whose purchase value is at least twice the credit.

Artefact Service® is not insurance and its technical programme is reserved for SYSTEM products; it is not part of CORE coverage.

  • Manufacturing defects are covered for two years from the invoice date and assessed from photographs through professional after-sales support.
  • If a covered spare part is unavailable, FLAMA provides a compatible component.
  • Compatible complete frames supplied from saleable stock are charged.
Display & marketing material
  • A4 image from 15 units; display stand from 20 units.
  • Mirror for orders over 24 units or clients placing at least two annual orders of 12 units, delivered with the second order.
  • Requested material must be stated on the order and is reviewed against allocation history.
  • The FLAMA screwdriver set is reserved for MRS® orders and does not apply to CORE.
Shipping and delivery
  • Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: €4.90. Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €7.90. Free shipping within Spain from €99.00.
  • Europe: €9.90; free shipping from €190.00.
  • United States: €39.00, with no free-shipping threshold.
  • Free-shipping thresholds apply to products after discounts, excluding shipping charges.
  • Europe includes the other EU countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway.
  • Private customers: Spain 1–3 business days; Europe 3–5 business days; United States 3–10 business days.
  • The production time for made-to-order LAB frames is confirmed separately.
