Flama Eyewear expands its team thanks to the support of Labora – Generalitat Valenciana

At Flama Eyewear, we believe that a company's sustainable growth is measured not only by its results, but also by its ability to generate quality employment, strengthen its internal structure, and invest in local talent. Therefore, we are pleased to announce that we have received funding from the Labora – Valencian Employment and Training Service 's employment promotion program for the 2023 fiscal year.
This grant is part of the program to support hiring and business development promoted by the Valencian Government , and has been allocated to the creation of new jobs within our organization.
What has this aid meant for Flama?
Thanks to this institutional support, we have been able to bring on board new professionals who strengthen key areas for the development of our business: from logistics and customer service to design, marketing, and product development. This expansion of our team has allowed us to move forward more effectively in our goal of establishing Flama as a leading brand in the sunglasses sector with a forward-thinking vision.
The grant received has been a fundamental tool to continue betting on responsible growth, facilitating the balance between creativity, strategy and internal management.
